Use of the App

account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for
all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been

App Functionality
2.1 Fake Profile Detection: Social Sweep provides a service that helps organizations
identify and block fake profiles on social media platforms. While we strive to
provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the complete
elimination of all fake profiles.
2.2 Logo Usage: By agreeing to these Terms and using the App, you grant us permission to use your organization's logo on our website and within our product for promotional purposes. We may display your logo alongside other organizations using the App without implying any endorsement or affiliation between us unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: The App and its entire contents, including but not limited to text,
graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and software, are the intellectual property of
Social Sweep or its licensors. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute,
display, or create derivative works of any portion of the App without our prior
written consent.
3.2 User Content: Any content you submit to the App, including but not limited to
feedback, comments, or suggestions, will be deemed non-confidential and
non-proprietary. By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify,
adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for any purpose
without compensation to you.
Privacy
4.1 Data Collection: We may collect and process certain personal information in
accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection
and processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
4.2 Security: While we take reasonable measures to protect your personal
information, please understand that no method of transmission over the internet or
electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your

Limitation of Liability to the extent permitted by applicable law, Social Sweep and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
